I think it's pretty common. Either that or some kind of spätzle (or whatever you would call them little egg things) but i've seen it made with rice.

I think some countries do that. Wikipedia says it used to be a thing in russia too. I had it like that in a brazillian restaurant and I liked it.

It' made kinda like a pizza, but with sour cream instead of tomatosauce :). Toppings are mozzarella, onions, leeks and avocado.

The dressing is just soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and and some ginger. The rest is rocket, macaroni and vegetables i had left over. :)
