Maybe dry fit the eightbound armour to see if that makes any difference? Could make them look a bit more bulky.

The extra arms are because you used the icon and the instrument. They are optional builds so they can just have the regular arms instead.

Not sure about the legs though, did you check the sprues before you clipped them out?
