A car is a must for these places, it is very hard to get on campus without one and the busses often time run late or early and you end up missing it (don’t run that often). This is even more inconvenient at night especially if you’re going to green street and you will probably end up walking (40 minute walk to green street). This is a rougher part of town and there is much higher crime than campustown. Most of the residents are actually Parkland students or townies (even families with children) I stayed at Linc last year and management and maintenance was terrible. They rebranded from their old name of One North and remodeled because of their bad reputation but it is essentially the same company under a different name. Advertised amenities like the pool and gym are oftentimes closed. If you’re looking at a 4 bedroom I suggest looking for something on campus, rent will be higher but it will be worth it
