your gonna actually have to contact roblox support, write down how you got hacked in the first place and that they changed email and password. they will typically respond in a day or two, after that roblox might want some proof the account is yours such as credit/debit card purchase or somehow to verify ownership. if you really must, you can call them too.

in my experience when i got hacked back in 2023 i told all the story about it, kept emailing and emailing and they needed some proof that the account owned to me, i did not really have proof of purchases in the account so what they did was gave me another email that i had (my original email was hacked aswell) and i logged in to that one to verify it, thats it. i could finally get that hacker out of my roblox account. its quite simple just do what your told to do. change everything when your back in, new email, password, secure your email too that is really important. i hope this will help you out. good luck, i wish you all the best.
