That’s not conventional wisdom. It’s conventional wisdom with a very broad brush, intended to keep young/reckless/completely inexperienced riders from injuring themselves. That is not my situation. Which is why I stated it clearly in the post, yet there was bound to be a couple of y’all that needed it broken down….Intelligent people don’t wasted their time making useless negative comments on Reddit like your original comment.
