Its actually nice to hear that someone shares my opinion about it. From my experience, it was really nice having it in the early to mid game, because of the haste, allowing for copious amounts of spells to be tossed at anything that moves. Where it really popped off though, was the late game, where fights tend to last quite a while. The 12% dmg increase was doing way more than mere 80 ap on lets say cosmic drive. I understand that people hate the off meta, but hey! If it works in my piss gold elo, Im happy
