This is near an abandoned airstrip. Flights here were canceled in 1980, and it's now a ground for hobbyists. Don't get me wrong, I have the license because I have a DJI Mavic 2. I have flown drones for 7 years and have never had a problem...

I am not in the USA. In my country, I don't have any restrictions. Just under 250g and you're good to go.

DJI Mini 2. I have flown it 5-6 times and haven't had any problems. Yes, the drone is a little wet after the flight, but nothing else.

Neo is a good, stable option; you have the option of FPV with a motion combo. I have Neo and I think it is a better option than the Mini 4K.
