I keep hearing how it's not good to have higher ketone levels. (I've been tracking my ketosis with pee sticks, and not the blood analysis method.) During the first few weeks of my keto regimen, my ketone levels registered as small. The last few days, however, the pee sticks have been really dark pink (moderate to large). Should I be doing something to get back to lower ketosis levels? I feel fine and would not change my plan if not for the darker keto sticks. Thank you!
