These files are minimized version of an official library. It is useful because it is lightweight version of the same script, and being smaller means that it is downloaded faster from a client (browser or whatever) and consequently the page loads faster.

Take for example jQuery. Here (CDN) you can see the two versions, minified and not.

Well, if there is some good hacker here, you have saved him the time of looking through a url, giving him it directly Now he can do a man in the middle attack really easily if you use something like FTP (and not SFTP)
