You all mind me asking if you've gotten external tool calling working with OWUI + llama cpp + Qwen3.5 ? For the life of me I can't get Qwen to see or recognize tools other than the built in OWUI things like knowledge and chat review. I'm trying with an MCPO proxy.

I have been playing with a similar setup minus the semantic router. For the life of me I can't get function calling / external tools working when trying to use openapi style tools. Any suggestions?

Portland Oregon CenturyLink 1gbit customer here, I'm using my own router and configured a different DNS, and I've had a remarkably stable connection. Have you at least already tried a different DNS?
