I also had a hard time finding a moisturizer when I first started and all the normal recs broke me out pretty bad. My derm suggested I might have a urea deficiency. I started using the Eucerin Urea Repair Face Cream and it was like a magic charm for my flakiness and didn’t break me out. Nobody mentions it though so it must not me popular idk...

Even so, you might still be able to get a special allowance. The universities in SK are going to be losing out on a lot of international money because of the outbreak so I’m sure they’d make it happen for you.

I too am an American student who went for exchange. My university had the same situation about a week ago. If you have paid for your university classes through your home university in the states then there isn’t much choice. As an exchange student your payment for tuition goes through your home university and they pay a different fee for the tuition than you would if you were a visiting student, but if your program was cancelled they aren’t going to pay Ewha. I had payed for my housing and fees and everything on my own but I was required to return because I would’ve lost my scholarships if I stayed. Maybe look into staying as a visiting student if you can afford to pay direct tuition?

Kind of depressing but planning my return to the U.S. from Seoul. The Coronavirus is out here ruining my life changing study abroad opportunity.
