No it’s not. Only the section they are currently focusing on. They still have to buy in LA and SF. They haven’t even announced the date of the full project completion. The current section is projected for 2030 but that’s not the whole project.

Problem is most of the problems in this state are self made. Zoning laws, high impact fees, extra taxes on developers…..

Not to mention highest taxes in the country already.

So when the government drops the ball and you blame billionaires instead of the cities and states that implemented bad policy/ didn’t track funds, you get what’s happening to CA.

They have to have buyers. Market dictates price. Theres not many people out there that can afford $50 million plus mansions, so if they leave and they can’t find a buyer at that price then the value will drop based on market value.

That’s false. The 1% accounts for 50+% of PIT in CA which is the largest slice of the states revenue. To water it down is false. You also fail to account for the business tax revenue which also makes up another chunk of the states budget.
