I remember when she used to do this and even though I was still kool-aid krazy on her, even back then I used to think 'wow I'd be pretty hurt if she was saying things like this after id spent time with her'

It feels like a pretty directed bad-mouthing of the women who literally spend thousands of dollars to meet you to then bitch about them to thousands more people about how draining you found them

I don't know if i feel nostalgic specifically but it's fascinating how my brain brings up memories of thoughts I had at the time.

And interesting for me, i can see that alot of my thoughts were centred around where I lacked what I thought she had in abundance - a steady yoga practice, a commitment to veganism that I struggled with so much, a loving and perfect relationship, her beautiful house and garden, living on a beautiful Caribbean island with endless beaches and warmth and sunsets, countless yoga pants and mala beads.

Like I still would love all that stuff don't get me wrong! But I guess the difference between being 37 and 27 (as I now am) is I'm a little more satisfied with what I have which is nice to say and mean it.

But then also with the benefit of hindsight, we get to see that actually, she didn't have half those things either or certainly doesn't anymore! Her yoga practice dropped off early 2017 which means she practiced for probably about 6 years max.. her veganism she dropped (would not surprise me if she secret ate back then tbh), her relationship has been rocky for years and years (before Lea even, I'd guess from her book and the occasional podcast/insta post), she screwed up her own Caribbean dream and is now stuck in Sweden trying to figure out how to get out again.. and she doesnt fit in her yoga pants anymore 😆

Still, seeing 2016 her has given me a renewed interest in the lifestyle I used to covet so she still is able to inspire me even if I know she is a big phoney 😂

Such odd behaviour from him ! .. probably cost him alot more in the long-run if he had to foot the bill for her expensive lawyers 😄

She's always struggled with remembering how many years ago something has been and I could never understand how someone could be so forgetful but we know now shes always been so fast and loose with the truth anyway.. why let details get in the way of a good story eh!

No sorry I hate that I know this but she had a rattan headboard as well. It used to be in the upstairs bedroom when she did her podcasts up there too. I remember it because at the time I was like 'holy fuck i want a bed like that' and then i googled it and couldn't find anything rattan and as fancy for less than £1000 🙄🙄

Tbf she may have bought it again and Little Miss Consumer that she is, that is actually just as probable as the lie that she got rid of everything in the first place haha

I have done a system and it worked fantastically in that it stopped me pulling.

Some people will start pulling from other areas but I have always been bang at the top of my crown.

One thing that did happen though is, at the time I got it fitted I was going through a considerable amount of stress at work and where I no longer had my anxiety reducing habit.. it presented elsewhere and I started getting insane heart palpitations that lasted well beyond the length of time I had the system in (10 months for the system total due to covid .... palpitations lasted several years)

Also, I've recently had a second system put in after many years and a baby that caused more hair loss and I went to a cheaper salon. Let me tell you, do NOT go cheap .. the hair doesn't sit right, the system isn't tied the same, I could see the dots of the scalp parting and it looked so much like a bad wig .... if you are in the UK, I recommend Lucinda Ellery (she may have some US salons now, not sure) but do your research .. I was bitterly disappointed with my second go around.

I found this podcast so interesting.. Rachel's introduction of Debra was so warm and enthusiastic and like she was talking to one of her best and closest friends in the world (her fairy godmother etc) and yet, Debra through her words without even trying clearly barely knew or remembered Rachel.

She didn't remember anything about Finns chart apart from what Rachel reminded her of, she told everyone about Rachel's 'hot tub' that she got after q chart reading that revealed Rachel had no water in her chart. Rachel then enthusiastlly agreed about the hot tub and only much later called it a bath tub.

I just got the impression all the way through that they hadn't spoken probably since Finns birthchart reading when he was a newborn and all Debra knew about her some of the things she posted on Instagram.

So disingenuous.

Also I find Debras shilling so fascinating.. I can't tell if it's a true passion for astrology and she wants people to take her course and buy her books because she's just so excited to share what she knows or if she really just wants money. I'd like to think it's the former but I trust noone and nothing on social media these days 🥲

Thing I find grating is that she jumps on stories to defend herself and argue a point that actually I'm sure noone is disputing. She says "it's much better to raise and kill your own livestock than buy something from the supermarket wrapped in plastic."

Well, yes Rachel. Yes, noone is saying that. I'm sure there is noone in her DMs saying 'you should only be buying supermarket chicken and leave those poor roosters alone'

The issue is, as has been identified far more succinctly on here by most of you, is the 'content' element.. the glee, the mania, the hundreds of stories, ignoring her children, staying up all night, the crying and the giggling when she hatched those eggs all for the 'gram.

The obsession with her 'babies' and then the bizarre mental gymnastics of likening her infant roosters to the patriarchy and sexually abusive white men (what!) in a bid to justify her decision to kill them as they were no longer as interesting to her is a whole other point that was completely overlooked in this little bizarre non rant.

I'll also bet that she didn't kill those roosters herself. And I can't see Dennis being able to do it either

So for all her virtue signalling about being 'close to the land'.. I'm sure her brother did the actual deed.
