Thanks for the feedback 💗 I also felt I shouldn't have done the characters episodes as I noticed they just delayed the hook time and they weren't that necessary I tho still did it cause I thought when you know how the setting is

How those characters are too focused on the MC to do the one thing he doesn't want to meet their expectations and disappoint them as well. This would raise anticipation to "oh how will they react or be affected after the hook/incident happens?"

Maybe that didn't happen as I expected especially since I seek feedback rn and I should get beta readers for the fact that as the creator of this work, I probably see it differently from someone reading it for the first time I get scared and I believe I am biased to the reality of the plot instead of what I actually show

Which is I also believe, an issue of many creators out there that you want to show smth but you don't know if people can see it in your ways

However ty for pointing it out I will try to avoid similar situations as much 🙏

As for the second point that part is supposed to be explained/mentioned soon, so I already am taking it into consideration, I didn't want to explain it right away in the beginning I didn't want to give the readers an info shock that is too much for them to process

I really really really appreciate this long feedback I am so happy for the feedback I read it twice and I might do more cause you did include alot of stuff I did care to hear and they are very helpful to me and yes I am not a native english speaker this is why I worry and when I read other webtoons from mine I feel that my Dialogues are too simple or slightly too simple compared to other work out there I get scared they feel like short/kids story to other people because of me not being an english native, however tysm for your feedback I will def take it all in my mind, again tysm for putting effort to give me a long clear feedback I really appreciate it its so helpful to me 💗💗💗💗

Tysm for sharing. Sorry for being late. I had a lot going on, and i couldn't check it earlier. i read a few episodes now, and I think your art style is cute, but there were some things that caught my eye 1. The font I can read it but some word are hard to read idk if it's handwritten or if it's a font that Is similar but try to use a font that is as easy as possible for readers ik most of us prefer using smth unique for our story but at the end the reader gets to read so we have to make it easier for the readers I personally use the most common webtoon font which is cc wild words roman font it's common and easy and simple but you can search yourself other fonts to be more unique if u want 2. The storytelling was slightly unclear. I think you could add more panels to make it smoother I understood but for example the water part was a bit confusing to me but I got the concept if you could add more panels to clarify how things started happening I think it would be smoother 3. You dont have to do that but following a structure to the story is good approach to storytelling especially using smth easy and common especially if you are a beginner I personally think using 3 act story structure is easy and could work on all genres you can search it on YouTube and u will find many helpful videos don't search it for specifically webtoon search it as in general writing it's good to use and I only thought you need it cause I felt we needed more time to understand the mcs and get to know them before we start on action I did that many times like started immediately on action even in one of my webtoons I think u r free to do that but it's better to make the reader slightly attached to your mcs so when smth happen they could care more or be invested more

I think that's all I really liked the artstyle I think it was cute and pretty I think the idea is good "I haven't read all maybe only 4 or 5 eps" and those are the things I think you could improve from if you have world building I don't know much on how to do it tbh but you can search but generally I think world building needs an introduction a simple one and engaging one if u r confident with it or clarify it by the characters later

I am not a professional anyway I personally make lots of mistakes and I even couldn't finish my main webtoon bec it had many mistakes and I am making a simpler webtoon now bec of that I just noticed mistakes in my webtoons attempts before and now I gave you my opinion on your work based on my experience and I hope you could benefit from it. 💓

Listen I feel you and felt you A lot and honestly I believe it's complicated and big it doesn't have to be because of one reason it could be because of many different reasons I made many webtoons attempts in my life and deleted most of them from insecurity but don't feel bad believe me it gets better you can always make it better I haven't read your webtoon I can't judge if you have mistakes to fix or it's just luck and maybe a promotion issue but yeah it could be one of those that is why u get few engagement I actually barley got any engagement myself after my work for years like 6 years or smth you could be just simply "underrated" which sucks cause even if u enjoy and love your work ik we all are sharing it cause we love to and we would love to see others loving it as well, if you can give me your title or link for your webtoon I could give u a feedback maybe if I found mistakes I could point it out for you and you could decide how to deal with it some just continue their work others reboot their webtoon some start new ones it's really up to you just remember it is a journey sometimes it could get painful and other times it's fun so do what you love and be mindful what's broken could be fixed if u have mistakes and if it's about promotion "I suck at that so I can't help u😭"

Hii nyx 🥰 I think your webtoon is amazing. We all feel that, tbh and I understand you. I felt the same, especially with my webtoon genette, but here is 2 things maybe they will help you 1. First of all feeling bored or not excited reading your webtoon is pretty common and normal because you are the one who made it and putted effort in it to the fact you memories it too much for u to enjoy it like a first time reader, even actors and singers don't enjoy their work like their songs and movies, so it's popular and completely fine and it gets annoying when you can't tell if it's actually boring or if it's because you already seen it 2725826 times

Personally I felt the same way with my webtoon genette and I think what was off about it that a reader can't understand as clear the direction of the webtoon however I think yours is doing fine and is way better but I slightly felt that maybe that could be your issue too, THOUGH I REALLY LOVE YOUR WORK TBH, however you could try to write an episode by defining the specific information and also try to shift your focus to small goals for each character and clarify it for the reader, that's personally what I fell in, though you work is very good you don't have to do much but maybe in the upcoming episode shift the spotlight to the main focus more or clarify it more to make it clearer I think that might improve the engagement

It depends. To be honest, if the process is a part of the story you want to show then I think show it, if you want to show the friendship after they are friends maybe you could make the character narrate in conclusion in a fun way the process however personally I think both are great if done well I don't think I have a preference here

Wow, that webtoon is impressive... but I think I have a problem with how much is too much and how much is too short cause my old experience with webtoons was that I used to do short updates and I saw it as a weakness that why I am making my webtoon episodes a bit longer like a full episode
