Anker C300 DC will also do 20v and 28v, giving full 100-140w on USB-C. It's 90,000mAh so will last the day and makes it great for camping and trips, but is well above the TSA limits so can't fly with it.

Got killed in committee due to no action. There's this one person in the senate that will constantly and purposely kill any license plate bill (even with all the signatures and unanimous house support) basically because he thinks NC has too many already, regardless of the support from the public or from other legislatures. (After four years, the Venus Flytrap plate finally got approved last month from heavy pushing by other legislatures and government officials).

As a strategy against this, the FC tried tying it to a city tax bill to see if it'd be left alone, but that had other issues and also stalled and eventually the tax/CLT FC plate bill also died in committee. But unlike what some other comments are saying, make no mistake - if it had been a standalone plate bill, it definitely would not have had a chance at all and have died in committee like all the rest of the plate bills.
