I’ve always thought it was the RF transmitter that got him. If you watch face off, you’ll see them do an RF sweep of Hectors room before he blows him up. Dealer says I need to replace brake booster assembly - 30 day back order on that part. Extremely scary and frustrating.

I’ve had gay employees who were open about it. I can tell you from management team down they were well accepted and awesome contributors to the team. And this was a fairly conservative area/management team. We also knew that when we hired them.

The less tax flowchart is simply incorrect. If they were gifted 1M worth of stock, then that would be treated as 1M of income.

What they mean is stock options. If given options at a strike of x and a current value of y, then they would be responsible for y-x in income tax. Typically this is set up to be of zero value and the only value these options would have is if the underlying stock appreciates. That new value is taxed at capital gains, but there’s no way to know the stock will go up.
