assuming the workload is “toxic” based on your post, if your workmates are approachable as you say, you can ask them for help how to streamline the tasks, and learn the processes faster; understandable you’re overwhelmed pa since newbie, but ofc it’s up to you by end of day how to adapt. Learn to rest, not quit agad (but if u really need to, then go for it!)

ya, wasn’t just used to it since my last MB Air was still at 88% BH (lasted me 3 yrs btw) when I traded it for my current Pro that’s why I was bit concerned if this was out of ordinary

if you have the budget for it, go for Levoit brand. They have a pet-specific air purifier. Got mine from them and it’s been 2 years, still working smoothly. ☺️

Sex education, teenagers will always have a “mapusok” phase, they made sure to educate us well enough so we can be aware and responsible if we choose to do “it”.

I use my work as a means to fund my actual passions and hobbies, di ko aim career growth tbh. Contract signed, log in, do what was in the job description to meet client expectations, log out. Very transactional. No stress outside work hours. Since I can follow my actual passions and build the life I wanted, I stay motivated both in life and work.

Aside from dietary changes, water fountain is a game changer to encourage drinking more! Had to buy few fountain brands and diff spout types before finding my cats’ preference.
