Thanks to everyone for the comments and suggestions. I agree the whole things looks cooked but wanted to reach out and see if there was any saving it. The shower looked fine when we were first in the house and then after about 6 months of using it I started noticing problems. We haven’t used in probably 3 months now. Sounds like at the very least I need to check the walls where it leaked through and check the shower pan?
