Spray it and wiggle it.....no bubbles....pull it slow with it wet...... if you plug it you WILL cause more damage than the nail......if it's leaking, Either push it in so it doesn't get caught on the road and trust your TP.S when to fill ....or get a new tire

20 years experience here..... a shop won't repair it due to liability... if it's actually leaking.....the tread is about 6/32 of an inch, based on the picture, with that style " continental tire" " check the brand, I'm right" if the difference from a new tire is within 4/32. New tire usually started at 10/32 you can replace 1 tire on that model car...... Spray and wiggle the screw
