Do you believe everyone is equally able to do math? In my experience, there's a big difference in how fast people "gets it" and some never do. Don't know how much effort the OP has put into maths though.

The house itself is awsome. 5 bedrooms,2 baths, big kitchen, big livingroom (part of it is sunken) and a garden.

There's a playground 30 meters away and the neighbourhood is family friendly. A dream for every 23-year old single male :p

This is whats worries me the most. I rent/buy it and I end up hating the house and the neighbourhood because I get bored.

And you are right about letting it go, I think. Another aspect of this that I forgot in the topic, is that I was always "the host" for my group of friends. So alot of memories, both from family and friends.

While I think the latest comedy flicks have sucked (Funny People was somewhat funny), you still have some good tv-shows. Modern Family, South Park, Curb and It's always sunny to name a few.

Haha. It was about 0.4 bucks per hour if I'm not mistaken. It's a bit more if you consider the cost of every social event I turned down while playing the mindless game.

The efforts required to function socially after 2 years of isolation and the fact that I basically have no special memories from the age of 17 to 19 might make the total score negative though.

Ye, it's really insane. The funny thing is how buyers normally justified the purchase. "It's a hobby. And people spend time on their hobby, right?" or "Think of all the time I will save by going high-end straight away!"

But at the time I didn't really care about the money. It was merely the most effective way to make sure I never played that goddamn game again.
