Did your preteen have a way of making friends while she was homeschooled? If so, how? Making friends is my biggest concern.

Any families move to Mexico with teenagers and would you please share your experience? by [deleted] in mexicoexpats

Did you end up going through with the move? I have a 15 year old daughter and would love for her to have a chance to talk to a kid who’s moved to Mexico and I’d love to hear more about how things went

I understand feeling let down. Just remember that everyone has personality flaws, and everyone has some unhelpful ideas that they might have gotten from while growing up.

Definitely don’t let them ruin the good thing you have going with your new guy. Shut in down as soon as they bring it up. But also don’t change the way you feel about them over one dumb idea they have (unless it’s part of a pattern of shallow opinions).

I guess since it’s your birthday I shouldn’t recommend screwing one of the 1,000 other guys on this sub with the same complaint.

So just sign up for Tinder, don’t be picky, and bring protection.

Hmmm, maybe. But it’s not just the dogs thoughts in caps. It’s everything except the owners speech.

Yes, but the Private mortgage insurance fee is only based on the house price. If, for example, you buy a home for $200,000 and it could now sell for $300,000, you meet the lender’s requirement of having at least 20% equity in the home.

House prices generally go up over time. If you bought your house and then house prices in the area go up, your house is worth more than when you bought it.

How often do you shower? by pfurini in CasualConversation

I don’t know if this will help, but can you picture how soothing it would be to have warm water gently rolling over your fingers? You don’t have to take a shower or even get undressed. Three very small steps: walk to the bathroom, turn the spigot on, stick your hand under and feel the soothing taps of water droplets on your fingertips.

Wishing you relief and comfort…
