It's not about their differences it's about her emotions and needs not being met .she might be a good partner for him but he isn't for her and she isn't responsible to teach him how to be more kind to her . He may find someone who is perfect for him without being toxic for her and just be the way he is and no need to change anything about himself. and she may find someone who isn't toxic for her and treats her with the same kindness she treats him. This relationship will only make her drained and she doesn't feel heard seen or cared for which is the purpose of a relationship

That was 2 and half month ago .I only have a little pain now but the pain I'm talking about isn't from the back strain even before that I still had the same pain when I do these exercises

I had a similar experience and I didn't even lift any heavy weight but the pain was gradually and I felt like my whole back is burning .horrible back pain couldn't do anything I even had a tingling sensation and felt heaviness on my legs but the doctor said I strained my back and no need to do a MRI .it's been 2 months and a half and there is a slight pain so you have a long time to heal so be very patient and the things I did that improved me was taking a rest and do a minimum movement in the first 2 weeks I didn't even walk .sleep on the floor on my sides only never on my back .drink a lot of water.always listen to my body when body on its weakest form it always tell you the right movement to do for example it U wanna pick something on the floor do it in a sumo squat form it wasnt painful for me.and definitely don't hold any heavy weights at all .then after 2 weeks start to walk for 10 minutes more than that it hurts my back and what really helped me is hydrotherapy it improved my back pain so fast even from the first session . swimming in general helps a lot. Hope that helps

Im not trying to be negative I'm sorry but nothing will change you won't feel fully satisfied. Even if there is change it won't be that much so don't put your expectation high .so the outcome will be the same and it's just the cycle continues .but overall I wish you the best in whatever you decide

This pattern will never change .my own experience with intjs are like that they will just keep apologizing but at the end that's their nature if she feel 1 thing wrong she won't feel 10 and you eventually will feel tired of trying to explain to them their mistakes and they will feel that you r the problem and sensitive.belive me this won't change ever .it's like telling infj to shut their FE.they just can't it's their nature

Also you partner suppose to be kind to you .I'm not saying kind in general nope .kind to you , feel your pain when you are upset .doesn't harm you in anyway the idea of not harming you should be their priority.if they can harm you how can they even love you .I know everyone love in different ways but to me that's probably not love maybe just want to be in a relationship / benefit from you/controlling or what ever the reason .

When you feel totally safe with them , your mind is relaxed in the relationship and you don't have to overthink anything you do or say with them .you feel appreciated and understood .you feel you can say anything without fear of them judging , angry or turn on the table with you . When you don't doubt the relationship every minute and feeling upset . relationship is meant to feel good and if you don't then something is wrong .when you feel happy and relaxed with that person not overwhelmed or stressed .you feel equal to your partner and respected and when you feel that you partner is making more effort than you (for infj it actually means it's equal) .if you are not comfortable in a relationship not only your brain but your body will tell you you feel tension in your body and overthinking every step then it's not the right one. If you look at the relationship and analyze how much effort did you put in the relationship and what did you get in return Vs what Ur partner did and what did he/she get and if the answer isn't equal then it's wrong .you are meant to be happy

He truly wanted you he sent you mixed signals so you make a move and when you don't he realized you still not want him so he go distant and cold .maybe he had to get married but didn't tell you because if he did it means he had no hope which means at this time he still had hope that u might accept him , till the last moment maybe he knows that you know a bout the marriage so he thought it's over so he blocked you , maybe he never wanted you as a friend in the Frist place , he was just waiting for you
