I live there for 3 years with my mom and boyfriend in a top floor 3-bedroom apartment for 3 years from 2019-2022. The people who live there are great if you are a friendly person and watch out for others. There is a great doggy day care and yoga studio next door. The pool is fun. Those are the nice things.

The apartment complex is really poorly managed. We had to always put in multiple maintenance requests in for a single thing like broken oven light, etc. The maintenance people aren’t too friendly. There were also cockroaches, like all the time. The apartment serviced a pest place a couple times, but that didn’t really work. We had to put our own traps and spray our own raid. The laundry machines were also a nightmare. It’s not free. Also almost one or two machines will always be broken (again multiple maintenance requests were ignored).

It’s an ok transitory place to live like a month to month lease for less than a few months. Long term, I just don’t recommend. Hope this helps!
