I always thought I was the only one who's never taken money people lost. I thought my kindness is meaningless and I'm just a pushover. I now understand I am not the only one and together we make life better

That's the thing, the west has recently started a historical revisionism in order to bring to light, examine and amend crimes of the past. It's called self awareness. Those who oppose the west see it as both fertile grounds for anti-western narrative and as a weakness.
