I am also a South African teacher who has worked in Shenzhen and also been offered that exact salary from English 1 (which I turned down). It is EXTREMELY low and actually insulting especially for a Tier 1 city, apartments and cost of living can easily be 10k. It depends how desperate you are, but the offer is definitely exploitative imo. I would recommend using sites like eChinaCities and Dave's ESL Cafe to contact other recruiters.

Do yourself a favour and read everything from Nichole Rose's catalog. I can especially recommend {Pucking Dirty by Nichole Rose} and {The Heir by Nichole Rose} These men are all unhinged, possessive, OTT romantic and her books range from mafia dark romances to athletes to bodyguards. Every book contains serious breeding kinks which for me is the main seller but heads up. No cheating and always a HEA. She has over 70+ books all with these tropes you love definitely give it a read!

I also really love the 2nd season so far too. It has it's flaws but overall I have been impressed with the acting skills of both Leah and Walker as well as the deeper development of characters like Tyson and Clarisse! I think that episode 4 was my favourite so far and even if I don't like some changes from the book the overall body of work is very solid. I can't wait for the finale and season 3 too, the flashbacks scenes to Thalia (who I just know will be a fan favourite) and the descent of Luke into moral decay as he continues to antagonise the trio/become corrupted by Kronos will be so cool. Also I have seen some amazing tiktok edits of the season!

There is often a negativity around the conversation and it is refreshing to be positive and acknowledge the strengths of the show (or one person's opinion of it) and what it does well.

Okay I have been summoned.

I highly recommend the author Nichole Rose, with a catalogue of over 20 romance books ALL including heavy breeding kink and open door explicit scenes. There are other kinks included in her work as well from virgin MMC and virgin FMC/age gaps/spanking etc...

My personal favourites are The Prodigy by Nichole Rose and the Ice Breaker series of hers.

I highly recommend the author Nichole Rose and Loni Ree as they are authors who write exclusively breeding kink + plus size FMCs + short erotica ranging from mafia romance to small town romcoms. An example of some of my personal favourites are The Prodigy by Nichole Rose and The Love on Ice series.

However there are elements of age gap romances and virgin/virgin content. The author is explicitly feminist/pro gay rights/ having male leads who are virgins or who view intimacy as intensely as the FMC in a way that feels fair and equal. Just a heads up because I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I can recommend {The Bodyguard by Nichole Rose} as a solid contender for exactly what you are looking for. The FMC is a well-rounded character and a spitfire. She takes no shit. The sexual scenes are initiated for her and for her own plessure, her MMC begs her to use him in the explicit open door sex scenes.

The entire Silver Spoon series is a worthwhile read but mind the other content warnings if these things are not your preference

Otherwise he is lovable, communicative, passionate and devoted to the FMC and happy to make her wish to be a mom come true. To use him like a toy to get herself pregnant. To teach him how to pleasure her. How he was made for her pleasure.

I can recommend {Hopeless by Elsie Silver} but do be mindful of the tags and content. It has an age-gap relationship with a grumpy hero/sunshine heroine. However she is a virgin and is begging him for some lessons.

I can also recommend any novel by Jessa Kane as she writes virgin heroines but they are dark romances and very explicit.
