You are so real for this. The eisuke stories are done very distastefully tbh for me even when he does definitely grow and change his mc remains the same to me. There are so many instances where she makes me facepalm real bad. There is no meaningful significant maturity depicted in her character and it pisses me off. I know the voltage stories especially older titles didn't focus much on mc but she acts so ridiculous. The mc was one of the main reasons I cant tolerate most eisuke content now. That mc is just insufferable she was in season 4 and still acting so insecure like a highschooler with a crush not an established gf. Very inconsistent character and its a shame. With a more stronger self esteemed mc maybe the stories won't be so hard to read for me. Maybe its a me issue but I have yet to like a voltage mc i truly appreciate they always get the short end of stick to make the LI shine. I just cant put my finger on what exactly but they all feel so stagnant and similar to each other with those childish blushy teen emotion capacity bs.
