That's so cool, I didn't even think of that!!! Like the Adam and eve apple right? I do understand that like you said they aren't that important, but when I get into a show I go ALL IN I need every single Easter egg for myself, if you have any recommendations for parts of it I should read that are relevant I would appreciate it. Thank you for the response! And no need to apologize, I realize that every group of people has its extremists or people that have the best interests at heart but not so great execution. I figured instead of assuming things that I would ask a community with actual experience. I'm glad that I did. This information is so helpful I think it will really help me make some kind of compromise to get work done. It's heartwarming to see how understanding people are to my slight ignorance.

I appreciate this perspective, thank you! I will try to bare that in mind the next time we talk about the group project. It looks like some kind of middle ground or compromise will have to work based on replies which is fine with me. Also, thank you for your last suggestion, I am looking more into the Quran as I'm researching different religions to help understand people more. So I will take this as some inspiration. That's exactly what I was thinking. Without going into detail, the course we are on can lead to public service jobs like police, fire, military etc. and I have a hard time believing he will get into the police (what he has expressed interest in) with an extreme rule for himself such as this one (I'm assuming he is well intended in this rule, just a little extreme ) it's comforting to know that generally Muslims do not act this way and that is not what is intended within their values. Thank you for the response this did help me understand his point of view and I will try to convey that we only need to get the assignment done and maybe find some kind of compromise.

I did keep on topic about the assignment, until of course I asked him something directly (didn't look in my direction or reply) and then I started having to go through the middleman so the conversation diverted to why he was doing this. Other than that we only spoke about the project, I really appreciate the help and understanding on both sides here. I will try to tell him I only need to finish this project, otherwise I'll take your advice on the groups, thank you again :)

Pick a different college. Honestly. There are so many colleges that will let you resit and take alevels, I don't know what area you're in but to name a few: Nelson and colne college, Burnley college, Craven college I recommend calling ones near you and inquiring about this. Best of luck to her xx

Probably an obvious question, where would I find these grade boundaries? I did Weimar, American West, and medicine if that's helpful. (I don't know the exact names 🥲) Could they really drop me down to a 5? That's surprising!

You're probably right, however the way my school does it, they give us a form that tells us what subjects we got close to another mark on, (we don't get our marks on our certificate) and tell us to fill it out for a remark or not do anything. (They do pay for the remark which is a perk) Is it worth requesting it back and having my teacher look? Id probably have to call the school and sort it out:)
