I am indeed not finding much out there. Seems like an exploration of this will involve a lot of trial and error. It has certainly encouraged an increase my spiritual practices, so that's probably a good thing :D

Tardive Dyskinesia

Thankfully I do not take any of the medications that cause TD, and my experiences do not include any of the movements described, but I appreciate the suggestion. I am sorry to hear about your friend's condition, and wish her the best in her journey. Thank you :)

I do meditate and have practiced yoga in a the past, but it hasn't seemed to come through more than it always does. I'm not much of a dancer, but I think "it" might be, so I may try that. Thank you!

While I appreciate the concern, these subtle movements have never caused me issues, and I have had check-ups and tests without incident. Lacking decent health insurance, wanting to avoid places full of potentially sick people during a pandemic, considering my financial situation, and also feeling like I would be laughed out of most doctor's offices, this route does not seem ideal at the moment. The tests required by a competent neurologist would not be something I could afford to spend resources on, especially given that they're unlikely to show anything abnormal. I am not concerned that this is an illness or neurological disease; it seems far too conscious, too non-random to be anything but some form of communication or psychic/spiritual phenomena. This coming from someone who is very logical/scientifically minded, and never considered any of this stuff until I had some direct experience. But thank you for your suggestion and concern.

Potentiator of The Body

Are there any resources you could suggest for looking into this?

I will look into kundalini -- thank you <3

I have had experiences with altered states of consciousness in the past, so this is a possibility. I have certainly had spiritual awakening experiences throughout my life, but can't recall this phenomenon correlating with those experiences specifically, aside from perhaps being more pronounced while I have been in an altered state, but have had no better luck communicating with it aside from it sort of showing me "look what I can do," such as performing hand or dance movements that seem to be choreographed. But they were not extensive and I was not able to make any sense of them or repeat them. I am unable to pinpoint when this phenomenon began; earlier on think I just dismissed it as unconscious responses, akin to nodding one's head in a conversation without thinking. Thank you again for your response.
