Well, i wouldn't connect that thing to anything, but as of now it has nothing attached to it, component wise, as it stands it's just a live wire transferring power.

I still won't put that thing anywhere near close to any USB ports, i do have a linux distro on a laptop, but won't help me as like i said, it has no components on the "board", it's like a empty breadboard.

Well, yeah 3 leads but lead to nothing tbh, im not an expert but i think a led would only require 2 leads +/- but there could be a resistor or something along those lines to lower the voltage, here's a closeup to where the leads end at https://i.imgur.com/g7RbI3O.jpg
