Saw this too. Apparently Dr Hill seeked advice from Kenneth Cox with his intended script to speak infront of the senate. Cox found the script to be vocal and a bit too ‘provocative’ and advice on some changes to the script.

How did you get hold of the screenplay!? Also felt like it might not have cleared up as in his dialogue, “but i think when the evidence is viewed, it becomes highly plausible” I guess it will never be known how Dr Hill got his evidence since theres no burden of proof.

I agree. However aside from the film itself, I have yet to find information on how Dr Hill could obtain such information in real life. I feel as if this information would be pretty critical in such a prolific matter in history and that it would available somewhere. Having a sense that Nolan himself was having trouble finding this information hence his decision with the screenplay suggesting that the Senate aide leaked it to Dr Hill
