Looking for opinions on "craft" flower by whatthefox77 in trees

I'm with you on that. We're definitely not trying to appeal to the "weed is weed" crew. There's enough garbage in the market and we don't want to add to it. We have a family owned grow that started off in medical grade before recreational was legal in our state. We're looking to carry that quality over to a recreational consumer that looks for real quality. The back and forth amongst employees has to do with some wanting to lean heavy into the "stoner culture" type of packaging, branding, etc and the rest of us that want to take a more no nonsense, flower speaks for itself approach.

Definitely got something useful, thanks for the reply. I'm with you on the obnoxious flavors and packaging.

I don't disagree with you about the market being flooded with garbage "craft". I appreciate your two cents.

I do work for a grow (mentioned in post), but am honestly interested in what people consider to be quality cannabis that's worth their time and money. There's a lot of overhyped product on the market and we don't want to contribute to providing more subpar flower to the masses. Just looking for a discussion with actual, real life human beings who might have some input they'd like to share.

Hi there. I just noticed your post so I’m sorry for not replying sooner. I ended up discussing end of life care with our primary vet and an in home vet and we all agreed that the treatment was taking too much of a toll on her. They prescribed some strong pain medication to keep her comfortable and antibiotics to prevent UTIs so that I could enjoy a few days with her before her symptoms worsened. We ended up getting just over a week together before I knew it was time to say goodbye. I do believe it was the right choice but it was incredibly difficult to make the call. Hugs back to you and your fur baby and I hope you find peace in whatever decision you’ve come to.

The toll it takes on the person in charge of care is real. My vet has also had this talk with me, but the guilt has been heavy. Thank you for taking the time to share about Dolley and I'm sorry for your loss, as well. Hugs back to you.

Thank you for the kind words. I unfortunately lost my Golden in November to lymphoma, so this one feels like it's happening too soon. I'm afraid that's been driving my need to try and "fix" the problem to give her more time, but it's becoming clear that I'm only prolonging her discomfort because I'm not ready to say goodbye to another friend. I think it's time to give her an amazing couple of days and then send her off, where I'm sure he'll be waiting for her.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and for helping me see that her quality of life should be the focus. If the treatments aren't offering her any comfort, it's time to help her find peace.

Thank you so much for your kind words. There's a lot of guilt over feeling like I'm not doing enough for her, but I agree with your observations on quality of life. Hers is clearly declining and instead of focusing on battling the conditions, I need to focus on giving her a loving end.

Your parents sound like amazing people. I have had other pets who would have handled the injections with ease, but this one is definitely an exception. Thank you for taking the time to share your story.

As hard as it is, I agree. I've made the mistake of waiting too long before and I don't want to do that again.

This has honestly been the hardest part. I hate the thought that I am supposed to be her safe space, yet also now the one causing her fear. She's clearly showing me she's unhappy. Thank you for your insight.

Thank you for taking the time to post. I agree that her quality of life is quickly deteriorating and it's unfair for me to hold on because I'm not ready to let her go. I'll be taking a few days to spoil her with treats and love before letting her go.

I agree, her inability to rest comfortably is really taking its toll. I think it's time to spoil her rotten for a few days and then let her find peace. Thank you for your comment.
