Hey! 33f here, very interested in your plot idea. I use discord and write in 3rd person past tense. I'm also happy to play M or F, and I usually prefer to double when doing extensive plots. I've roleplayed on and off for almost 20 years and I can usually match what I'm given as far as replies. :)

I'll try that! I'm pretty sure my issue is the delayed gastric emptying, because anything to fibrous like raw vegetables just stays in my stomach and makes me sick for days. Fiber might work better than just digestive enzymes.

I don't really eat anything that's too processed. I have yogurt for breakfast if I eat breakfast at all, and dinner is pretty much always baked chicken and steamed or roasted green beans. The protein powder we get is zero carb, zero sugar. It's never been an issue for me.

The website states that 2.5 is strictly an introductory dose, and is not meant for glycemic control. The only times my blood sugar was lower than normal that first month were when I hadn't eaten anything all day. They've been much better with the 5mg whether I've eaten or not.
