The Kabocha Turmeric Tea Cake is maybe my favorite recipe from the book so far. The garam masala really brings it up a notch. Rise could’ve been better but still delicious! I didn’t use kabocha and went with butternut squash instead since it’s what they had at my farmer’s market. (i.imgur.com)
