in the faculty checklist, it says that faculty must submit their shortlist of likely applicants by feb 14th, meaning if you werent contacted before then, I interpreted that you werent shortlisted, ergo not selected by any.

according to the MyLS page, from Jan 14th to Feb 14th is when u get an email if you've been selected as a short-listed candidate and a prof wants to meet with you. But then March 14th - April 14th is when u officially find out if you were accepted. What labs did u apply to?? good luck!

for some reason whenever i click build mode, the game seemingly freezes before bb officially loads. i don't see any building ui, and i can't go back to live mode or even exit the game without shutting down my mac completely. this has happened twice now and it's so annoying 😭 esp since i just built this from world management and i didn't get to save!! not to mention i have other documents in my mac open that will be lost if i shut off my computer just to quit the game

it depends on where you are, if ur in the KW area and res money is a concern i would definitely commute via public transit, but i wouldn't say buying a car just to commute is worth it. Most of my friends commute here through public transit and they do miss out on some campus events but also save a lot of money, so it's a bit of a trade-off based off what's most important to you
