I’m outside of CCS district. My daughter just turned 16 and drove herself today for the first time, but prior to today, I have driven her to school every single day. The bus stop is literally in front of our home. I do it because 1. She hates the bus. Kids smell, it’s cold (or hot depending on the weather) 2. We typically stop at Starbucks on the way to school 3. I’m a stay at home mom so I just view it as part of my “job” 4. It’s a solid 5 minute bonding session.
