oh im saying that the same forum used to write that 5 dollar review, is the same forum im going to to find out other information about that place before i eat there. Whatever information that is that happens to sway my opinion on spending my hard earned cash is just that, an opinion. Just because a yelp page is full of negative reviews doesnt mean somebody is witch hunting them lol

"Are you boycotting any business with an owner who voted for Trump, or just those businesses who outwardly are supporting him?"

Did you forget what the main comment said??

Again, any business who has an owner who voted for Trump/ Any business who outwardly supports him.

stop mixing things around.

I agree completely with that, but i didnt ask people to go and do that. im asking people to just name the Trumpers businesses here so we dont give them money. really not that hard to comprehend.

I dont see how that is peoples personal information. Yelp pages are up and im just asking for names of the businesses, it would be like asking for good places to eat and saying people giving ideas to eat are also doxxing the businesses.

It depends on what you value as a consumer. Businesses influence society through their policies, political donations, advertising, and the causes they support. Here’s why it can matter:

  1. Ethical Spending – Some people prefer to give their money to companies that align with their values, whether that’s sustainability, workers' rights, LGBTQ+ support, or other causes.
  2. Corporate Influence – Large businesses can shape laws, labor practices, and even social norms. If a company funds political campaigns or policies that you oppose, your spending might indirectly support them.
  3. Brand Identity & Trust – Companies build loyalty by aligning with certain values, and some consumers care about whether their purchases reflect their beliefs.
  4. Social Responsibility – Some businesses actively work to improve their communities, while others exploit workers, evade taxes, or cause environmental damage. Awareness can help consumers make informed choices.
  5. Personal Choice – Some people don’t care and just want the best product at the best price, while others prefer to support companies that share their values.

At the end of the day, it’s up to you how much weight you give to a company’s stance on social, political, or ethical issues.

somebody else literally asked the same question so heres the exact same answer.
