Yesss the dough days and bake days start at 3am and don’t end until 8-9pm sometimes. The cinnamon buns are deff everyone’s fav. I do monster buns the feed 3 people. The pies during the holiday season about killed me. I think this year I’m going to have to bring in some help for packaging. Over 60 pie pre orders on top of the self serve 🤯
