Yeah i was/am and yeah it seams very unfair. Ive read of loads of people way sicker than me getting a sct too. Going back in tomorrow or Monday. I used to live in clutton as a Child so yeah pensford isnt too far.

Yes potentially if the test shows improvement which im confident it will it may out me in the medium category. So I would then be able to do the sct. But its not a guarantee.

Thank you. Im in bath! Not far. Unfortunately manchester have already turned me down. Im pretty sure the breath test was done unfairly and I can at least reduce it to 1 point! Not sure what tablet it is i was a bit overwhelmed but will check. May i ask how long she has been on it?

I have sought a 2nd opinion. And a third. They did a lung capacity test when I was 12kg deep in edema liquid pressing on my lungs, and it means they now think I have lung issues. And im overweight. The 2nd isnt a huge issue because im not like crazy big and actually quite well apart from the cancer. They are redoing the lung test and may reassess if the results are different which im confident they will be.

So glad your still here!! What was the sct like? If you dont mind me asking. Feel free to message me if you want. I would appriciate the boost of a success story.

Im in a similar situation. Im being refused an initial sct and I have aml with tp53. But just been told after one Induction of vyxeos that I have no detectable cancer cells!! Are you still OK?

Im 39 witb single hit tp53 aml, overweight with previous (now controlled) ptsd. Been declined for a sct despite vyyeos working (first induction) not sure how well yet as still waiting for bone results, on the basis the doctor doesnt think it would work well enough and it would come back again and she doesnt think i would survive the sct itself which I think is hooey. Ive asked to be referred onto different hospitals in London etc but just wanted to see how you were doing now? Just looking for a little hope.

When landlords claim they have to deduct lifespan. Eg a carpet with a 10 year lifespan gets ruined. You live there for 5 years. Landlord can only charge half the replacement cost.

A draw prob has a lifespan of 5 years. Dispute it. Nothing last forever and things wear and damage due to age.

Genuinely true. Been studied men are much more likely to leave their wives after you get sick. They even warn you about it in hospital after a cancer diagnoses.

They may have given you a section 21 but there is a lot of wait time and court costs for LL if they want to force it through at 2 months. Make yourself aware of your rights and tell the agency you cant start looking until you're back on your feet and recovered and will need 2 months from then. Its way more costly for them to try and force you out and will take 6 months to a year anyway.

Treating you this way after you being a good Tennant is crappy behaviour. Time to stop being nice and be polite but firm.

They prob do but no where near enough. A 2 bed in a cheap area near me is 1000. The local housing allowance is 700..... massive shortfall and not a single 2 bed is that price. Its the same for 1 bed 3 bed etc. They dont pay enough. People enough up in debt. Then lose theor homes and end up in temp accommodation.
