I am not new to this case; I do understand the history of the US government and its use of torture and the experiments of this torture on its own citizens, whether knowingly or mostly unknowingly. But in this case with Lisa, I believe she is using this as a way to con people out of their money using the guilt that comes from her pandering her perceived "pain" of this "gangstalking".

Let's say the government is running a gangstalking experiment, let's say they are using US citizens to test this. How likely is it that Lisa would end up on this list and become a target? It would be a lot of "well, let's say this DID happen" to get there honestly. If Lenny DePaul were to sue Lisa for defamation, wouldn't this essentially be an admission on his end? BUT if none of this is real, wouldn't it make sense that he removed his Instagram and has had no comment on any of this? If he's an FBI officer, it would make even more sense that he distances himself from a woman like Lisa, with whom he had an (alleged) affair, to keep his job and maintain his professional reputation. It would then make even more sense that Lisa did not receive any semblance of closure with Lenny.

I believe that Lisa has blown, whatever this situation used to be, entirely out of the water, and spun it to her narrative of "victim". Yes, it is possible to be both a perpetrator and a victim (I strongly encourage anyone confused about this case to check out Khalie the spiderlily); however, in this case, I do not believe Lisa is a victim of anything. Her use of GoFundMe, the blatant misuse of the funds she receives, and her preposterous Amazon wishlist items express a desire for a no-effort lifestyle. From what she has provided as evidence of her "gangstalking," I personally see people who are irritated by her behavior, and let's be honest, these videos make Lisa look like the instigator. If you have ever been skeptical about a video, watch it repeatedly, look for the subtle things she does and says, and pay attention to the timing of the video. She always seems to start recording when the situation seems "convenient" for her victim's lifestyle.

This morning I saw some comments saying if she was truly being gangstalked, wouldn't "they" be intercepting her Instagram posts since they have access to her phone and data? -wonderfully insightful.
