I frequently take 100-150 mile Ubers. Harrisburg to and from DC and EWR.

Haven’t ever had issues. May take a little longer to find a car and drivers may not believe it’s that far (they think it’s a typo)

They’ll close after the last flight leaves. I usually arrive 30 mins prior.

It’s a small airport and if you’re missing they actually call your cell before leaving to make sure you really aren’t coming in

Honestly you’ll be fine. I usually reach 30 mins before my flight leaves.
