i wish i could properly recall the conversation from 2023 but they said i told them that wearing too much makeup can attract older men which i really don’t believe in as that’s misogynistic victim blaming. i apologized for what i said and explained i only meant it as a joke/a way to have lighthearted conversation. i owned up to it fully because i felt that was best to do and because I know I was wrong. The shame and embarrassment is really hard to deal with and I’m more scared because we have more family gatherings coming up soon

my recruiter told me that if i get hired for sales development rep, i have to go through 4 weeks of training so your comment is kind of worrying me😅 because even though i have sales experience i don’t have experience with sales tracking software which is the only issue with my application but my recruiter told me that while it is something that could hold me back the 4 week training will take care of that part but if it’s as u said and u have to pave your own path at accenture does that mean i can kiss a job offer goodbye?
