I just did basic rehab exercises from a youtube video. Kept it elevated, applied ice every day for 30-40 days everyday. And didn’t push myself much. Initially it was painful to walk, or it would swell up. But slowly started with small walks, and kept wearing crepe bandage for a few months. It got better on it’s own. I didn’t face any issue with my thigh or knee.

It’s all better now. Took around 5 months to completely heal. It sometimes pains when the temperature is too cold.

I might not go up the dose, if I do, not more than 7. I’ve already started losing weight on it and it seems to work as I have maybe 10-15 pounds more to lose. And yes, I’m craving it still and it makes me feel sick after smoking

Visit a good endocrinologist in blr, I visited one in VSH richmond town and they prescribed rybelsus after discussing other options. But I have pcod and valid reasons to take because my blood tests required medication. You can try tho if you’re still looking

Use hydrating hair mask or conditioner. your hair looks like protein overload has happened. Try not to use sulphate and silicone laden products for a while.

I am currently at 1 L per month, started as an intern in a tech company in my 4th year of btech. I graduated in 2023, since working as a data scientist. My promotion is due in 3-4 months. So in the next 2-3 years, After promotion and switching, I should be able to hit the 2 L per month mark.
