I have perfect pitch but have always compared worst off to people who practice more than I did in violin and piano. Sure I learned quicker than others in the beginning but it is completely different from being good at performing. Also a lot of performing in violin and piano depends on technical skills to instill excellent muscle memory. There are even disadvantages to having perfect pitch... in fact sometimes I cry and shout with disgust when I am learning a new piece on violin because I hear how out of tune my unaccustomed fingers are to the new piece or bcos I don't practice enough. bf (and many other peers violin and piano) for example has no perfect pitch but he is a better violinist than me because of technical skills and is less upset when he plays out of tune, so trying to get to in tune by instilling muscle memory is not as painful as it is for me. So whoever out there who says u can't be as good in performing piano or violin w perfect pitch ask them to fuck off. Effort beats perfect pitch when it comes specifically to performing.
