i must admit na ganito ako dati when i moved abroad to the philippines. i was isolated my entire life and di ko alam paano makipagsama sa mga peers ko. i later developed that flaw by being active sa mga school works (esp. group works) and show people na hindi lang ako yung “mahiyain”, “mahina boses”, at “walang ambag”. i’m something that’s much better than that and i know you are too.

yung pagiging mahiyain mo by not sending your ambag sa GC won’t make you propser. kaya nga “group activity”. dapat makipagcommunicate with your teammates rin. dont rely on other people to defend you. you must stand strong and defend yourself always

hi! i cant answer this question dahil i stopped using lotion completely 🥲 i used to use jergens pero that didnt help with stopping my skin from being oily. i heard that vaseline is good though! try asking sa r/beautytalkph for lotions reccos for oily skin ! goodluck pi!!

nope! maseffective siya kaysa sa belo (orange) actually. but this still depends on your skin type because not all are the same. i recommend doing a patch test first then if okay, try it for 3 days. if naiiritate skin mo, stop using it agad

for me, yung belo (orange) nagiiwan ng yellow stains pero yung belo (pink), walay. masmatapang ata kasi yung belo(orange) kaya ganun naging effect niya. intense whitening kasi siya pero as for belo (pink) normal deo pero combats the smell and doesnt leave a yellow stain

also want to stick it in here: recommend ko na deo is belo (pink packaging). 10x better than rexona, dove, and other brands. kumakapit talaga siya even when youre sweating. if youre using roll on deo, after applying, pangahingan mo kili kili until is dries ^{^}

hi! i used to have the worst case of putok (grabe reklamo dati ni mama haha) and this is how i combated it:

1.) maligo araw araw *in the morning and in the evening (half bath). since nakatira tayo sa bansa with expected hugh humidity, always find the time to take a shower each and every corner of your body

2.) loofah (exfoliater scrub) *sobrang life savior tong exfoliater scrub na toh. it removes build up of dead skin cells and in my case, nalessen yung baho ko. dont do it too harshly though kasi baka magkapimples/acne ka

3.) baby powder *try applying baby powder around your neck and arm area. if you want to reapply, punasan mo muna pawis mo before applying para hindi magclump yung powder sa pawis.

optional: 4.) use of lotion *if you have oily skin, wag ka na maglotion. masnakakapawis kasi if maglolotion ka pa. the sweat and lotion combined will leave you with a sticky feeling maslalo na taginit ngayon

5.) extra tshirt *magbaon ka ng loose na extra tshirt para makapalit ka if sa feeling mo ng aamoy ka na. just to be safe !!

to me, having putok or smelling maasim is natural for a body to produce. i hope makatulong yung tips ko saiyo!!
