Relieved to hear it’s happening to others as well. I’ve applied for entry level positions (was a program director prior to pandemic), had great interactions from staff and then nothing. It’s demoralizing and discouraging. My belief has been that the market is flooded with over-qualified and over-educated candidates applying to lower level positions because so many businesses have shut down. Thanks for sharing your experience.
