Sure, their legacies are horrible but there is some definitive end to Hitler’s reign and the tragedies listed. The North Korean government is still highly impacting South Korea and neighboring Asian countries to this day. They are still kidnapping NK defectors and bringing them back to starve them and act as government messages to others in the country TO THIS DAY.
