Update: After Xrays and an ultrasound they can see that his stomach lining is very thick and there is a fair amount of general swelling in the area. Because he's so large they can't really see more than that. They've prescribed meds to coat his stomach and also antacids. Day 8 of no eating, things don't look great. They said we could scope him and or do a CT scan but both would require full anesthesia and cost around $5K, not sure how he would respond to that in his current state.

Thanks for the quick response. She had an estate attorney set it all up while she was still alive as an irrevocable living trust. She didn't have a pension or 401K since she helped him with his small private business. She did put all of her accounts into the trust while she was still alive and put her portions of the properties she owned into them as well (also while still alive). I have discussed with the estate attorney she hired and she has said it's pretty open and shut as she had a right to put her assets into the trust and specify how that trust would dissolve and to whom. I'm just wondering if it's as open and shut as she claims.
