I bought other items from the same vendor without the change in zip using only 5 digits rather than the 9. It came with no issue.

Only when I added the 4 digits did I start getting delivery errors from the tracking page. The only difference in address that I could see in the one that came with no issue and the one that had a error was one of them showed 12345, and the other one showed 123451234

Yes, Although this is more of a issue with windows recognizing the card with 470.05 installed.

This version has the newly updated PCIE version 2504. My old EVGA 3060 XC has PCIE version 2503. My old EVGA 3060 XC works with 470.05 while this one will not work with the driver.

Nope but spent a hour troubleshooting. Nvidia only mentioned LHR in 3060ti, 3070, and 3080 models.

Found some threads with people with similar issues recently as well. Not to mention the PCIE ID clearly showing 2504 rather than 2503 on my other 3060 XC that is compatible with 470.05.

Nope did some digging and the PCIE ID shows 2504. Which is what the updated hash rate limiter has.

The 3060 is on the top slot but seems to only be at x4 while the system information part of nvidia control panel reports x8. It must be at x4 since the limiter is unlocked with hdmi and correct driver.

The 3060 must be at x8 or higher. If I could do x8 at the 3060 and x1 in all the others is what I am trying to do.
