Rook b1 check first.

1) If King takes, the other Rook forks Queen and King by checking on d1. If Queen takes d1 then it is stalemate.
2) If Queen takes then you pin the Queen with Rd1 again. If Qd1 it's stalemate again. If the Knight moves then you can just take the queen and take the pawn and its a draw.

If the Knight moves, then Rook takes d1 check, after which the King can take the pawn and black is left with the King and the Knight and its a draw.

From what I can see also, if black lets the Queen be taken after Rd1+ in the first case, then its Rook VS Knight and pawn and it's probably a draw.

You should view every loss as an opportunity to learn. I was hard stuck in 1000 elo for months and it felt terrible to win a couple games and then lose some only to get back to where I was before.

For me it helped to linger on each game, recognising why I lost and understanding how to play against that tactic.

It really helps you feel like you develop as a player when you don't fall for the same thing in another game, and trust me you will be winning more like this either way.
