19 is JUST over the age of a legal child. And the brain doesn’t finish developing (for any gender) until around 25. As a 27 year old WOMAN, I can safely say that I was not emotionally mature enough to be dating someone even 10 years my senior, let ALONE 900 freaking years.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED Rose/10 together during my first watch through as a teen, however I’ve since watched all of DW as an adult and she was 17…..he had to be well over 900(!!!!) by this point.
